Candidate Jannie Cotton Attends Early Childhood Well-being Caucus at the Capitol MAC Building

Joining fellow advocates and policymakers, candidate Jannie Cotton, running for Arkansas State Representative District 41, attended the Early Childhood Well-Being Caucus at the Capitol MAC Building on January 16, 2020. Rep Denise Garner, who led the bipartisan legislative caucus, along with other legislators, focused on early childhood issues in and out of the classroom. Legislators and fellow advocates are working together to create a legislative agenda for the 2021 session.

"As a long time advocate for this population, I plan to share my expertise as a mental health consultant and licensed professional counselor!," said Cotton.
