Candidate Jannie Cotton Wins the 2019 Monroe "Billy" Murdock Woman of the Year Award

Candidate Jannie M Cotton, who is running for Arkansas State Representative District 41, won the 2019 Monroe "Billy" Murdock Woman of Year Award. 

Protho Lodge No.281 and Gleaner Star #338 PHA North Little Rock, Arkansas, presented Cotton with the prestigious award at the ceremony held at Shorter College in North Little Rock. Cotton recognized for her dedicated service and outstanding accomplishments in the community, accepted the award in front of a full crowd that included family, friends, other award recipients, members, and guests.
